It is produced with Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes from vineyards situated in the Valpolicella Classico area, following the traditional ripasso technique: the wine is kept in contact with the skin (still impregnated with sugar and aromatic components) of the dried grapes used for the production of Amarone. The color is deep ruby red with garnet nuances. On the nose, the wine offers hints of red fruit jam (cherry, black cherry), dried flowers, cardamom, and sweet tobacco. On the palate, it is rich and intensely structured with well-integrated tannins and flavors of licorice and marasca cherry that carry through a dry, complex finish. This elegant wine relies on targeted aging in wood to add complexity.

Terre di Melazzano – Gattice
This product was created with the desire to give a more youthful alternative to the Tuscan red wine. The crystal cherry color contains lighter shades of red. It has a fine aroma, pleasant fruity and floral. The taste is dry, slightly cool but with great personality and persistence.
